1. The waste bin and filler of FULONGMA’s large 18-ton compression garbage truck are made of high-quality carbon steel plate welded structure, and the waste container adopts a circular arc section. The dustbin is equipped with a folded dozer, which is driven by the dozer cylinder and can slide along the guide rails on both sides of the bottom of the dustbin.
2. The filler is equipped with a sliding plate and a scraper, which are respectively driven by the sliding plate cylinder and the scraper cylinder. The sliding plate moves in the chute on both sides of the filler, and the scraper moves around the hinge axis of the sliding plate. A lift cylinder and a locking mechanism are installed between the waste bin and the filler. The lifting cylinder drives the filler to go up and down, and the locking mechanism locks the filler on the waste bin. The dumping mechanism at the rear of the vehicle realizes the overturning of the garbage bucket, dumping and returning the garbage through the oil cylinder.

4. The garbage is in a closed state during compression, filling, and transportation. The joint surface of the garbage can and the filler is sealed with a special rubber sealing strip. The sewage generated by the extrusion of the garbage flows into the sewage at the front of the garbage can and the lower part of the filler.
