The Ultimate Guide to Hog Mesh Fencing for Goat Owners

Why Goats Need Specialized Fencing Solutions

Goats are nature's escape artists - agile, curious, and stubborn enough to test every fencing weakness. Traditional solutions often fail against their persistent pushing, climbing, and chewing. That's where hog mesh panels provide the perfect goat fencing solution that's both escape-proof and durable.

  • What makes us different from our competitors:
    • The longevity of these panels has shown through many conversations with our customers. This is due to the frame being 1 ¼” sch 40 rather than 1” pipe.

Connector Post

  • These connector posts allow you to have the flexibility to set up your barns in a variety of configurations, without having to continually ordering new panels – such as having right side and left side swinging gates or making it possible to remove one panel temporarily and allow mommas that need a little more room to navigate multiple births.
  • Many people realize when doing a kidding or lambing set up with pens back-to-back with a connector post you can have all four panels securely connected rather than relying on twine, wire, or zip ties.

fenceline feeder

  • This Fenceline Feeder is available in 10’ and 5’ lengths and is designed to be a stronger, easier to transport and handle.
  • Framed with 1 ¼’ sch 40 pipe, and using the same galvanized 4”x 4” stockade panel from our other products, not only above the feeder, but below as well, to prevent kids and lambs from escaping.
  • The feed pan uses beveled edges to provide strength as well as safety for your animals. Additionally, it is removable, allowing multiple feeders to be hauled flat in the back of a pickup, and can be closed after feeding to prevent kids and lambs from escaping.
